Public Skating Rules

    -Please be courteous and respectful to all individuals while you are in this facility.
    -Skaters are required to remain on the rubber flooring when off the ice surface. Please stay off any cement surface.
    -Always skate in a counter-clockwise direction around the ice surface unless instructed otherwise. 
    -Loitering is not permitted on the ice surface. Groups of individuals that stop in one spot will be asked to move along.
    -Sitting on the boards is not permitted. 
    -Food or drink is not permitted on the ice surface. 
    -Excessive speed, racing, horseplay and games of tag are not permitted.
    -Figure skating maneuvers are not permitted when there are 50 or more skaters on the ice. 
    -Throwing of snowballs or any other object is strictly forbidden. 
    -Chains of more than 2 skaters holding hands are Forbidden. 
    -Parents are not permitted to carry small children on the ice surface. 
    -Vulgar or abusive language toward WSC staff or other skaters is not permitted.
    -Any form of fighting will result in immediate ejection from the facility.
    -Any individual or group abuse of this facility will result in immediate ejection from the facility and loss of all future use.
    -Skaters are not permitted to enter the ice surface until instructed to do so and the zam doors are closed.
    -No patrons are allowed on the ice when the zam is on the ice. 
    -Sitting or entering the scorekeeper’s box is not permitted. 
    -Stroller are not permitted on the ice surface.
    -Skate aids are not permitted. 
    -Skate at your own risk. 
    -Only service animals permitted.
